Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of amenities for a family with young kids. However, the dining experience fell a bit short compared to the hotel's price range. Overall, great value for money!

My stay at Kimamaya was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed, and the loft unit I stayed in had a lovely view. The personalized service provided by the staff was top-notch, making us feel truly welcome and pampered. The location was perfect, being very central and the best in town for accessing ski lifts. Although the dining was a bit below our expectations, the overall experience was incredible and should not be missed. I highly recommend Kimamaya for a great winter holiday experience with excellent door-to-door shuttling to ski locations.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, keeping all our gear dry and warm for the day ahead. The spacious and luxurious accommodation had an abundance of toys, Nintendo Wii games, and books to keep our kids entertained. The service was exceptional, with the staff always happy, pleasant, and eager to assist with bookings and recommendations. The location couldn't have been better, offering excellent door-to-door shuttle service to the ski slopes. Although the dining experience was good, it fell slightly below our high expectations given the hotel's price range.

I stayed at Kimamaya with a group of friends in February for a week. The rooms were great to have and had all our gear dry and warm at the start of each day with ski bags. They are lovely and well-appointed. The service was attentive and helpful, suggesting and booking dinners for us, but also super accommodating when we wanted to have a take away pizza 'at home' and suggested we should relax in the bar area. The location is perfect, the best in town too, very central and happy to help with just about anything, whether it was booking a ski lesson, a massage, or helping to sort transportation mix-ups. The dining was delicious with a la carte as well as buffet options at the adjoining restaurant, The Barn, which does a great steak at night, though slightly below our expectations considering the price range of the hotel. The facilities at Kimamaya were top-notch.
